You can still find a great pool home in the NW under $100,000 and a great waterfront home under $200,000 in Cape Coral. Our rental market is booming with all those foreclosed homeowners having no choice but to rent now pushing the rental rates high enough to generate a good investment cash flow.

Cape Coral Real Estate is a good investment and is still the best place to enjoy the warm weather, outdoor lifestyle, and waterfront activities. We have a great city with lots to do and our located about a half hour from the Fort Myers Beaches and Sanibel Island.
